I'm a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Cloudflare  working on the outskirts of Las Vegas...(Logandale, NV) living on a homestead property with my partner. Currently I help configure and support customers with their Zero Trust environments/networks which includes deploying the Cloudflare WARP client application and Cloudflare Tunnel daemon within large enterprise organizations. This also includes assisting with IdP /SCIM integrations (Okta, Azure) and deploying Gateway policies which are firewall policies pushed to the users connecting to WARP. 

This products allows the customer to connect to their resources in a more secure and efficient manner versus using a traditional VPN. Not only am I responsible for assisting in troubleshooting issues and reporting to our development team, but I also assist in consulting with our customers on best practices on each platform.

My other hobbies include playing pickelball, hiking, fishing, reading, watching hockey (Go Vegas Golden Knights), tinkering with computers/electronics, (sometimes pool pumps) and traveling to other countries and states.
